    Express Delivery: 1938-45 4d Express Delivery Fee covers, most franked at 6d rate for 2d letter rate, good range of origins/destinations, mostly with manuscript Express Delivery endorsements, one 1939 Melbourne to Sydney with boxed 'EXPRESS/SERVICE (IV)' in violet, 1945 Melbourne to Mildura franked 6½d (2½d letter rate) with unframed 'EXPRESS DELIVERY/SERVICE (IV)' in violet, 1938 airmail from Sydney to Melbourne franked 10d (2d letter rate + 3d air fee + 1d late fee + 4d express delivery), and 1942 cover from Melbourne to Sydney franked 7d with unframed 'EXPRESS DELIVERY/SERVICE (IV)' in violet (2d letter rate + 1d late fee + 4d express delivery); and 1949 oversize airmail cover from Sydney to Coonabarabran franked 4/4½d. NORMAL DELIVERY' in violet, and with 'EXPRESS/SYDNEY clock ds in red on reverse. One cover roughly opened and two with flap faults (6)

Generally fine, a useful group (16 covers)
