    1909-10 Watermark Crown over Double-lined A Thick Paper 2d Rose-red and Green Die II Perf 11 cancelled by indelible pencil, couple of short perfs at base, otherwise fine. Only two examples of this stamp are known, the other being unused without gum; this example was discovered in 1988. One of the key stamps for a complete collection of Australian Commonwealth stamps, and the first time an example has been offered for sale for many years. Illustrated in the BW catalogue on page 79, and with 1988 RPSL Certificate. BW D82 cat AU$22,500, SG D74a, cat £10,000
