1909-10 Watermark Crown over Double-lined A Thick Paper 1/- Rose-red and Green lower right No Monogram block of 9 CTO 'REGISTERED PERTH/WEST AUSTRALIA cds DE 8 17, full OG and unmounted, superb. The only recorded piece in private hands demonstrating the existence of a printing without monograms; there is also a double strip of 20 in the Royal Philatelic Collection.
