1948 (Feb) parcel tag with printed 'QUEEN BEE! DELIVER QUICKLY' used to Harrow (Vic) with KGVI 3½d Blue, minor blemishes, still fine and rare. Only a few have survived. (Very unusual postal article, all the more so for the 'DIRECTIONS FOR INTRODUCING' printed on the reverse and ending with 'if you know a better method use it!!' We know of only one other such item. Between 10.12.1940 and 1.6.1949 the rate was 1d per 20z + ½d war tax)  | ||
