    1867 (9 Apr) large part 'Cattle Diseases Prevention Act of 1866, Notice of Contribution Payable by Owners' registered form with 1860-72 8d Yellow-orange Diadem Perf 13 tied by '66' ray type numeral from Singleton to Camberwell, despatch ds on reverse. A rare franking to meet the 2d inland rate + 6d registration fee, contrary to regulations as the (6d) Registered stamp had to be used on registered mail. Ex J.S. White
