    MY MAXIMUM BID: $
1894 (June) stampless 'Australasian Association for the Advancement of Science' cover signed 'AL Gregory' over 'PRESIDENT' handstamp allowing for free carriage, to Adelaide but curiously with 'PAID/ALL' marking that was intended for use only on trans-Pacific mail to the United States prior to the Australian Colonies joining the U.P.U. on 1.10.1891. Stated by Hugh Campbell at page 109 to be a 'unique' usage. Superb
