Fine with large part OG and lower units MU. BW D114Az, cat AU$225

    1931-37 C of A Watermark 2d Carmine and Yellow-green Perf 11 horizontal pair from left side of right pane error 'Imperforate Between Stamp and Gutter', fine used and cancelled with Adelaide cds dated 22FE3?. Very rare, with only four recorded examples, comprising a vertical pair, horizontal pair and single. BW D117b, cat AU$3750

    1931-37 C of A Watermark 2d Perf 11 Carmine and Yellow-green Ash imprint blocks of 4 (2) and pairs (2), each showing varieties 'Break in Frame over U of AUSTRALIA' (L60) and 'RA of AUSTRALIA Joined' (R55). Each block has one unit with tone spot, and another spot in selvedge of one pair, large part OG. BW D117z, cat AU$125 for block of 4 (10)

    1931-37 C of A Watermark 6d Carmine and Yellow-green Ash imprint block of 4, very fine with a suspicion of a hinge, possibly MUH. The imprint setting differs from the block of 8, with the left frame of tablet in line with 'AS' of 'ASH'. Only three imprint blocks of 4 of this rare stamp are recorded.     1931-37 C of A Watermark 6d Carmine and Yellow-green block of 8 cancelled Warragul (Vic) cds, 11OC37. Very fine other than a couple of shortish perfs at left and the largest used multiple recorded. An important piece of this famous stamp. BW D120, cat AU$3200++

    1931-37 C of A Watermark 6d Carmine and Yellow-green strip of 4 used with 1d of the same series tied by Abbortsford cds on 1936 (27 Oct) unsealed cover from Melbourne franked 1d, 'T' in oval with mss '2d', the 2/1d postage collected representing the total due from multiple items to the same addressee. Very few covers bearing the 6d are recorded (BW cat AU$2000), the strip of 4 being the largest recorded multiple on cover. A very fine and highly desirable franking, and one of the most important postage due covers

Three or four tone spots and several stamps affected by mild crease, however a rare survivor. BW D121, cat AU$3000
