    1906 N.S.W. Essay of Unstamped 'Universal Reply Letter Card' in Dark Blue on Greyish-green Card Zig-zag Roulette 15, reply half only. This essay was submitted to the 1906 U.P.U. Congress in Rome, and is printed on the same card as used for N.S.W. lettercards and the 1915 1d KGV Military Lettercards
