Lot 254		Frank Stamps: 1864 (26 Aug) OHMS lettersheet with 'COMMR OF CROWN LANDS & SURVEY' frank stamp, two strikes in blue, one brilliant, neatly cancelled Melbourne 'VICTORIA' duplex leaving the fine strike unobliterated, backstamped Wangaratta cds, short 1cm tear at base and light vertical fold well away from frank stamps.
