Strip touched in places and tied by Barred Oval 1 obliterators, diagonal crease in upper left selvedge. Manuscript '4/' due on arrival, and with arrival cds in red on reverse. Two small tears at top of envelope and flap tears reinforced with hinges, otherwise of fine appearance
