    1897 d Diamond Jubilee Perforated Plate Proofs with '1837-1897' in lower corners, in Black and Dull Red on ungummed unwatermarked wove paper, very scarce. The proposed issue was cancelled, and the design was modified for the 1899 'Window's Weeds' issue by removing the dates in the lower corners
