1902 (24 Oct) cover from London to Roma (Qld) and readdressed to Toowoomba with 2½d KEVII, rated as overweight and with 'T/25' hexagon applied on despatch, double deficiency of 5d collected using Blank Base 1d Perf 11 and 2d Perf 12 x 11½ pair tied by Toowoomba cds, toning along top edge of cover, otherwise fine and attractive. The only recorded use of the rare 1d Perf 11 on cover, BW D4 cat AU$2500 on cover (incorrectly listed as a solo usage)  | ||
