1917 (5 Nov) use of 1d 'Star' embossed postal stationery envelope sent from Kadina (SA) and addressed to Corporal Henri Schakie(?) 'Interned at Geist Holland'. With oval 'PASSED BY/4TH M.D./CENSOR in violet, and with 'ELISABETH/DORP'. Elisabethdorp was a village for interned Belgian soldiers built near Amersfoort in Holland.
