1915 picture postcards (H.M.T. 'Malda') addressed to Western Australia, one with '3RD AUST.INF. BDE. FIELD P.O.' cds dated 27 MR 15, the writer noting 'We are still on our way for the front, we hope to be there before long', the other dated 2-4-15 but without cds, both have 'PASSED BY/CENSOR' in red. The caption on one card has been cut away to remove the ship identification, and on the other the name is blacked out. Ex Emery (3) | ||
