    1913-21 Watermark Crown over Double-lined A Thin Paper 3d Carmine and Pale Green tied by 'DELIVERY ROOM/G.P.O. SYDNEY' cds to 1920 (20 Mar) cover from Forbes to Sydney illegally franked with 2d New South Wales Stamp Duty adhesive, and taxed double the 1½d letter rate. A fine cover, believed to be one of only two recorded bearing this stamp, and thus undercatalogued by BW at AU$400
