    1935 cover from Yorkshire to Christchurch carried aboard the ill-fated 'City of Khartoum', which was lost on the Mediterranean Sea 31 December 1935, together with GPO Sydney explanatory memo dated 17 January 1936, and 'ambulance' envelope (20 January 1936), AAMC 575

    Estimate: $30

    Franks: 1950-51 envelopes (6) to the same addressee in Wellington, each bearing franks of various government departments, with High Commissioner for N.Z., Minister of Health (2, in green, one with tone spots), Minister of Finance, and General Assembly (2). Some minor faults caused by opening of envelopes, otherwise good (6 covers)

    1968 (7 Apr) airmail cover from London to Auckland , charred at edges, bearing fine strike of 'SALVAGED FROM AIRCRAFT/ACCIDENT LONDON 8-4-68' in green, AAMC 1622a

    World War I: Small piece of cardboard (72 x 47mm, possibly off a packet or packet label) with 1d Dominion pair cancelled by a superb strike of the double oval 'N.Z. MILITARY POST OFFICE/TROOPSHIP No. 12/EXPEDITIONARY FORCE' ds in violet dated OCT 2 1914 (allocated to HMNZT 'Waimana')
