Stamped-to-order Envelopes: 1950-51 2d Violet and 2d Green KGVI oval embossed envelopes, used by Harris Scarfe Ltd. (Adelaide) for the 2d printed matter rate. This rate came into force on 1 December 1950, at which time the colour of the embossing should have been changed from violet to green, however one printing was made for Harris Scarfe in violet.
