1967-70 Special Despatch service mini-collection with three covers and a front used from Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth, at 10c (posted out of course), 18c (two, one 7.5.1970 also with Special Delivery label), or 24c (13.10.1967) rates, indicating rate was always double postage and like the one sold by Abacus Auctions Feb 2022, the Special Delivery fee was not additional, plus a sheet of 12 labels, publicity card and a letter to Public works Dept. advertising the service.
