Undeliverable and with 'UNCLAIMED AT' and 'NOT KNOWN BY POSTMAN' handstamps, and 'Pointing Finger'. Very fine and a scarce coil usage

Thinning at end of starter strip and some toning of perf tips, otherwise fine. Unlisted in BW catalogue which mentions the existence of a coil starter strip on lemon-yellow paper without any printing. A coil rarity
