    1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, a study mounted on leaves of the 18c and 45c first (trial) printings by the Government Printer, Sydney, which comprised only 2% of the total printings. Including an 18c Imperforate pair (cat AU$200) and 45c Imperforate Plate Proof block of 4 (cat AU$1000), studies of the marginal colour control markings, colour variation on the 18c, and with 18c vertical block of 18 from the right side of Sheet C (on uncoated paper) showing no colour control markings in top and bottom selvedge (very rare). An exceptional group that would be difficult to duplicate (781 x 18c, 30 x 45c)

    1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II 18c printing by Government Printer, Sydney, pane of 50 from Sheet B (Left Pane) showing colour control markings in top selvedge, a few tone spots in lower selvedge otherwise fine. Very scarce, this printing comprised only 2% of the total printed. BW 765zb, undercatalogued at AU$50++

    1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II 18c a collection mounted on leaves of the Norman J. Field printings from Plates 2 and 3, with detailed notes, and including detailed studies of the different marginal colour control markings and plate varieties, all very fine MUH. (209)

    1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II 18c block of 30 error 'Imperforate' showing colour control markings in lower selvedge, heavy horizontal and vertical creases affect ten stamps, and with a few other minor blemishes. From the uncut sheet said to have gone astray at Tullamarine Airport en route to the Note Printing Branch for perforation. BW 765b, cat AU$3000

    1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II 18c pane of 50 error 'Imperforate', few minor wrinkles and one stamp with mark on reverse otherwise fresh MUH. From the printer's sheet said to have gone astray at Tullamarine Airport en route to the Note Printing Branch for perforation. Almost certainly the largest surviving multiple. BW 765b, cat AU$5000
