    1897 (18 Jun) cover from Maidstone, GB to Melbourne (arrival cds at rear) franked ½d & 2d QV Jubilee issues, apparently underpaid and struck with the blank hexagonal 'T' and oval 'T5D' with 5d Red & Green due tied by Melbourne/PBR/GPO double ring. Minor peripheral faults though very attractive

Printed Rialto registration label and cover struck with 'LATE FEE' marking in black. Few peripheral faults though a colourful cover representing legitimate use of stamps of two other States
