    Reprints: 1891 U.P.U. 'Reprint' opt collection on original leaves (ex Perry), probably complete including a few distinct shades, 'Queen-on-Throne' 2d rare part imprint, Stamp Statute £5 (both opt types), etc, generally finest quality (59)

    Reprints: 1891 U.P.U. 'Reprint' opt accumulation including Half-length 1d (7), 2d (12, with a pair), 3d (6), 'later' issues to 5/- (8), duplication amongst which shades are prolific, odd small fault, generally fine (175)

    Reprints: 1891 U.P.U. reprints selection (85), the scarcer unoverprinted types CTO Melbourne JE 2 02, includes Half-length 1d (4), 2d (3), 3d (3), 'Queen-on-Throne' 2d (4, one part imprint), 'Beaded Oval' 3d blue (3, one rare 'cobalt' shade which was unknown until released in 1980's Post Office Archival sale), also rare JY 28 02 date (unrecorded Kellow) on various denominations (5) to 5/-

    Reprints: 1891 U.P.U. reprints scarce blocks of four (5) comprising 'Reprint' opt 1854 Octagonal 1/- (marginal) and 1876 Bell 1/- (upper left corner), and unoverprinted CTO Melbourne JE 2 02 1854 1/-, 1860 'Beaded Oval' 3d 'cobalt' marginal (unknown colour prior to 1980's release in Post Office Archival Sales), and 1876 1/-. Scarce lot

    Reprints: 1891 U.P.U. reprints selection handstamped 'Specimen' (10) with Half-length 1d, 2d and 3d (double handstamp - one in magenta!), Perkins Bacon 1d and 6d, and Bell/Naish ½d, 1d, 2d, 9d and 2/-. Extremely rare. Ex Purves, Perry

    Specimens: A fabulous collection offered intact, possibly a best-of-kind, including many extremely rare/unique items primarily sourced from the Harvey, Purves, Perry collections, wide variety of overprint fonts, includes Octagonal 1/- shades (2), Woodblock 2/- (in red), Beaded Oval 4d and 6d, Laureate 1d (3), 2d, 3d lilac, 3d orange (4), 4d (5), 6d (6), 8d orange (2), 10d grey, 10d dull purple/pink (3), 9d on 10d, 1/- (2), 5/- (3), 1870 2d (2), Bell 2d, 9d (3), 1/-, Naish to 2/6d (2) and 'STAMP DUTY' opt 3d and 2/-, good range Stamp Duty higher denominations to £10 (3), 1886-96 Bicolour £5 to £9, 1897 Charity pair, etc, small number with imperfections often associated with this category of material (which was at times affixed within folios), generally very good/fine (151).
