    1862 (22 Nov) cover from Hobart to Wimbourne, Dorset with 1860-67 6d Grey Imperf tied by barred obliterator, very fine with JA 19 63 arrival backstamp

    1901 (21 Jan) cover with G.B. 1881 1d pair cancelled London squared circle ds, addressed to Hobart and underpaid (rated as double weight foreign letter), with handstruck hexagonal 'T/L', and receiving on arrival the oval (6)D/MORE TO PAY'. Postage due collected by affixing 1899 6d Pictorial tied by Hobart cds, FE 27 01. A very rare use of postage stamps used for the collection of postage due, before the introduction of Commonwealth postage dues on 1 July 1902, also a rare commercial use of the 6d Pictorial. A major postage due rarity
