1860 (Jan) envelope from Moama to London (Lewes correspondence) bearing imperf 6d Diadem (cut into all sides) cancelled illegible ray type numeral (presumably '137') plus Victoria imperf 3d Half-Lengths (2) and 6d Woodblock (margins in places) cancelled Melbourne c.d.s., JA 9 60. Cover endorsed 'Via Melbourne & Marseilles', with Moama, Deniliquin and Melbourne backstamps, but no London arrival. Some small stains on face, and despite adhesive faults a scarce imperf usage. Not listed in the census of Riverina covers in 'Sydney Views', August 2004

Entire endorsed 'Via Melbourne & Marseilles', with Deniliquin, Moama, Melbourne d.s. and partial London arrival. A unique franking for a Riverina cover, ex Caspary, Druce and Trevor Davis
