1961 Tristan Relief 3d + 2½c marginal used on 1961 (12 Oct) real photo PPC ('Beaching a Longboat Tristan da Cunha') to Australia, message reads 'FDC of Emergency Charity overprint probably be only a day or two on sale. Photo by the Governor when at Tristan printed in a hurry last night in our darkroom'. Very fine, also with the 'Tristan Relief' official notice dated 10 October 1961 informing St Helena citizens of the relief efforts following the eruption and soliciting contributions.
