    (V310.4): Printed in blue on 1889 (8 Mar) envelope to Amsterdam, and printed in black on 1890 (9 Jan) matching long GPO envelope to Rome (toning, minor opening tears), neither with additional markings for overseas use. The former with Amsterdam, Brindisi backstamps, latter taxed with Italian Dues 1L pair and 40c tied by Rome cds (2)

Part of reverse missing, 3cm at left of envelope folded over and stuck
