    1895 (Dec) 'POSTMASTER GENERAL' (V340.4) printed in black on envelope to Coronado, California, uprated with 2½d red on yellow pair tied by Melbourne cds, readdressed to San Diego, two-line 'ADVERTISED' and 'UNCLAIMED' applied. Returned, where two strikes of rare half-circle 'RECEIVED OPEN D.L.B./VICTORIA' (not listed by de Righi) plus DLO cds applied in red. Small faults though scarce
