    1882-95 Wmk Crown over Q (type 5) thin paper, £1 Deep Green, SG 156, sheet of 30 without margins showing 'Re-entry' (R2/4) and 'Retouch' (R6/4), SG 156a,b. fiscally used by manuscript '6th April 1886' endorsements, slight separation. Cat £4470+ for postally used singles. [A similar sheet, though on the common thick paper, recently realised AU$1200+)

    1882-95 Wmk Crown over Q, thick paper, 2/6d Vermilion, SG 158 + 2/- Red-Brown (SG 197) on 1890 (12 Jun) folded-over OHMS 'Post and Telegraph Dept' envelope used to Melbourne, albeit philatelic, a rare franking, transit and arrival backstamps

    1882-95 Wmk Crown over Q (type 10) thick paper, £1 Deep Green, SG 161, unused block of 20 (5x4), minor separation and sensible reinforcing, some minor blemishes. Believed to be the largest unused or mint multiple. Cat £5000+ as mint singles

    1882-95 Wmk Crown over Q (type 10) thick paper, £1 Deep Green, SG 161, sheet of thirty without margins showing 'Re-entry' (R2/4) and 'Retouch' (R6/4), SG 161a, b, fiscally used by continual pen-stroke, slight separation and reinforcement. Cat £4470+ for postally used singles. [A similar sheet recently realised AU$1200+)

    1882-95 Wmk Crown over Q (type 10) thick paper, £1 Deep Green, SG 161, twelve strips of five, one strip of four and a single - total of 75 stamps, affixed to portion of Mount Morgan Gold Mining Co. share transfer document, cancelled by straight-line pen strikes, and four and single with \'25th October 1886\' date. Faults to be expected though remarkable survivor

    Large chalons balance with all wmks and papers, few varieties and 'SPECIMENS', including mint examples to £1, CTO, postally used including two blocks of four of £1, pen or fiscal stamps with earliest and latest recorded dates, etc, also some documents with these affixed and fiscally used, etc, plating positions identified in some cases, includes reconstruction sheet of 30 of the 2/-, mixed condition, some mint possibly cleaned, nevertheless a very useful lot (230 + 7 documents)
