    1906 9d Brown and Ultramarine, marginal block of four with large guide dot, disturbed brownish gum, compound perf 12 x 12½ and 11 at right, BW N51A. The misplaced vertical perforations at right with Post Office repair, the outer line then being applied by a line perf 11 machine. The only other recorded examples (a block of 4 and single) are in the H.L. White collection held by the Mitchell Library, Sydney and probably come from the same sheet, being in the same shade and with similar gum characteristics. A recent discovery and outstanding Federal Period showpiece. Cat AU$6000
